This Privacy Policy explains how the developer collects, uses, and protects the personal information of users for the application named above, in strict compliance with Google Play, Huawei AppGallery regulations and relevant data protection laws.
1. Information We Collect
To provide our services, we collect data in two primary categories:
A. Information You Provide
- Registration Data: Username, email address, and encrypted password hash.
- Payment Details: Wallet addresses (PayPal/Crypto) for processing withdrawals. We do not store banking credentials.
- Campaign Data: URLs and content descriptions submitted for advertising purposes.
- Support Requests: Information included in tickets submitted to our helpdesk.
B. Automated Data Collection
- Device Identifiers: Unique Device ID, IP Address, and Advertising ID (GAID).
- Crash & Performance Data (Firebase): App stability logs, crash reports, stack traces, and performance metrics to help us fix bugs and improve the app natively.
- Telemetry: Device model, OS version, battery level, and network type.
- Activity Logs: Ad impressions, game sessions, tasks completed, and reward history.
- Security Signals: Data used to detect VPNs, emulators, or rooting tools to prevent fraud.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data powers the ecosystem. We strictly use it for:

4. Third-Party Integrations & Consent Manager
Our App integrates trusted third-party SDKs. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. In addition, we utilize the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to gather and record privacy consents dynamically (for ad personalization, crash monitoring, and telemetry):
- Consent Adjustments: If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, you can reset or adjust your tracking toggles at any time by visiting Profile > Settings > Manage Privacy Consent inside the app.
5. Data Security
We employ enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure. You acknowledge this risk when using the Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as your account is active. Transaction logs may be kept for up to 5 years to comply with financial auditing and tax regulations.
7. International Transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of data to the United States and other regions where our infrastructure operates.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Strict Policy: We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. CashRank employs an age verification screen on registration or first launch. For users who identify as under 13 years old, we automatically enforce COPPA compliance configurations: disabling personalized advertisements, preventing telemetry/analytics collection, and enforcing Google AdMob restricted data processing flags to guarantee children's privacy. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13 without appropriate settings, it will be immediately purged.
9. Your Data Rights & Account Deletion
You maintain full control over your digital identity within CashRank, including the right to withdraw consent and delete your personal information:
Account Deletion & Grace Period
You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly through the app interface by navigating to Profile > Settings (gear icon) > Delete Account.
- 7-Day Grace Period: Once deletion is requested, your account enters a temporary 7-day deactivation phase.
- Restoration / Cancellation: If you log back into your account at any time within this 7-day period, the deletion request is automatically cancelled, and your account will be restored.
- Permanent Purge: If you do not log in during the 7 days, your account, username, email address, accumulated coin balances, referral relationships, and transaction records will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active databases. Minimal transactional logs are archived in encrypted form solely for auditing compliance.
Request Deletion
Initiate deactivation and permanent purge through Settings > "Delete Account" in the app.
Opt-Out of Ads
Reset your Advertising ID in your Android Settings to stop personalized tracking.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect app changes or legal requirements. Continued use of the App after an update signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
