1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the CashRank mobile application (the "App") or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. Minors between 13-17 may only use the App with explicit parental consent.
- Device Policy: To prevent fraud, users are limited to one account per device and per household.
- Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
3. Virtual Currency ("Coins")
The App allows users to earn virtual points, referred to as "Coins" or "Gold". You acknowledge that:
- Coins have no real-world monetary value until explicitly redeemed via the App's official withdrawal channels.
- Coins constitute a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use features of the App.
- We reserve the right to expire unredeemed Coins if an account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days.
4. Earning Protocol
Users earn Coins by completing verified actions, including but not limited to:
- Offerwalls: Downloading apps, reaching levels in games, or completing surveys via third-party providers.
- Ad Networks: Watching video advertisements verified by our partners.
- Cloud Mining: Participating in our simulated mining protocol (does not use device CPU/GPU).
Note: We are not liable for rewards missed due to third-party tracking failures (e.g., ad blockers, VPNs, or network timeouts).
5. Prohibited Content & Advertiser Policy
To ensure compliance with global app store policies (including Amazon Appstore & Samsung Galaxy Store), the following content is strictly prohibited from being promoted or submitted within the App:
- × Adult Content: Pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material.
- × Illegal Activities: Drugs, weapons, fake documents, or criminal activity promotion.
- × Hate Speech: Content promoting violence, discrimination, harassment, or bullying.
- × Unregulated Gambling: Real-money casinos, sports betting, or lotteries not legally authorized in your region.
- × Deceptive Practices: Phishing sites, malware, scams, or misleading "get rich quick" schemes.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate rejection of the campaign and permanent account suspension without refund.
6. Withdrawals & Payouts
When redeeming Coins for rewards (PayPal, Crypto, Gift Cards), the following rules apply:
- Processing Time: While most payouts are instant, please allow up to 7 business days for manual security reviews if flagged.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct payment details (e.g., Wallet Address, Email). Lost funds due to user error cannot be reversed.
- Thresholds: Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are subject to change based on network fees.
7. Zero Tolerance Fraud Policy
Any violation of the following will result in an immediate, permanent ban and forfeiture of all earnings:
- × Using VPNs, Proxies, or VPS services to mask location.
- × Using Emulators (Bluestacks, Nox) or rooted devices.
- × Using Auto-clickers, scripts, or automation bots.
- × Creating fake referrals or multiple accounts ("farming").
8. Third-Party Services
The App includes links to third-party websites, offers, and advertisements. We do not control these external services and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your interaction with third-party offers is at your own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, code, and interfaces within the App are the proprietary property of CashRank Prestige Global. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CashRank harmless from any claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Significant changes will be notified via in-app alerts.
